Individuals, Couples, and Families

Life’s Transitions—whether marked by change, grief, or trauma—can leave us feeling disconnected from our true selves. In our sessions, we’ll create a compassionate space to gently explore your experiences and begin the healing process. When it can enhance our work, we can use methods such as EMDR and Brainspotting, we’ll work to release stuck patterns and soften emotional pain, helping you reconnect to your inner light and resilience. Together, we’ll move toward clarity, freedom, and renewed purpose, allowing your true self to shine through with greater authenticity, hope, and joy.

Depression & Anxiety – Learn how to address depression’s negative self-talk while also gaining greater self-awareness and freedom in your daily life.
Parenting – Develop strategies to support your children in growing into happy, independent adults—while maintaining your own sanity. With my background, I offer specialized support for third-culture kids and their families, helping navigate the unique challenges and strengths of cross-cultural experiences.

Couples – Relationships are where our deepest healing and most profound growth occur. Couples often benefit from guidance to better understand each other, resolve conflicts, and develop shared goals. This journey involves cultivating forgiveness, offering the benefit of the doubt, and fostering mutual satisfaction in how love is expressed—whether verbally, physically, sexually, emotionally, or spiritually. In learning how best to love those closest to us, we heal parts of ourselves we might otherwise not address.

Grief and Trauma – Find healing from devastating events. These approaches help you process major losses and develop the skills to let go of the many ‘No’s’ in life, making space to fully embrace your life’s ‘Yes.’ Neuroscience shows that our bodies store experiences—from life-altering traumas to childhood embarrassments.Tools including EMDR and Brainspotting provide bilateral stimulation techniques that support the brain and body in releasing these stored emotions, fostering deeper healing and freedom.

Professional and Clergy Consultation – For those engaged in healing work or the care of others—such as psychotherapists, counselors, social workers, MFTs, clergy, nurses, and teachers—receiving support is essential. The challenge lies in remaining fully present and available while maintaining awareness of oneself, others, and the complex systems we navigate. A skilled consultant can offer fresh perspectives, helping to shift difficult situations and introduce interventions we might not have considered on our own.
I provide support in recognizing and releasing what you may have absorbed—energetically or emotionally—while caring for others. Together, we clarify what feelings are truly yours and what belongs to someone else, developing strategies for self-care in either case. Through our work, we cultivate reflective and creative thinking, strengthening your ability to care for yourself while continuing to offer meaningful care to others.
